Bill Burr is an amazing American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, social critic and podcaster who has released many stand-up comedy specials. He’s known for hosting the ‘Monday Morning Podcast’ outside of stand-up comedy and also playing the role of Patrick Kuby in the AMC crime drama series ‘Breaking Bad’. He is also into creating and starring in the Netflix animated sitcom ‘F Is for Family’, which premiered in 2015. Dental Assistant Bill Burr was not a comedian from the very beginning. Before starting his career in comedy in Boston in 1992, Bill Burr worked as a dental assistant for a very short period of time as his father was a dentist and mother was a nurse. So, he joined them for some time and later, left the city for doing and making a career in what he actually wanted to do. 2. Award Winner After going after what he actually wanted to be, he proved himself. Bill Burr received the award for ‘Best Comedian of the Year’ in the year 2013. After this, by his alma mater Emerson College, Bill Burr has been given the ‘Alumni Award of Distinction’ in 2013. And as told earlier, he was chosen in 50 best stand-up comics of all time, standing at the rank number 17. Burr has been appreciated and followed by his fellow professional comedians as he has been referred as “comedian’s comedian” by the US stand-up comedy circuit. Collaborations Bill Burr joined two comedians Robert Kelly and Joe DeRosa for writing, producing and starring in a comic short called ‘Cheat’ in 2011.
